1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Lion Casa website. The website is operated by LION TECH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, NIP 5213917848, REGON 387990445, registered at ul. Główna 54, 05-502 Kamionka, Poland. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean LION TECH Sp. z o.o., trading as Lion Casa.

2. Nature of the information provided

Everything on this website is provided for general information only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and it is not an offer or an invitation to enter into any contract.

Property prices, availability, specifications, floor plans, service charges, payment plans and completion dates are indicative and subject to change without notice. Any figures relating to rental yield, capital growth or return on investment are illustrative, are not a forecast, and are not a guarantee of future performance. The value of property can fall as well as rise.

You should always obtain independent professional advice, and carry out your own due diligence, before committing to any property purchase.

3. Regulatory status

Lion Casa operates a property enquiry and referral service. We introduce buyers to independent property advisors and licensed partner brokerages; we do not ourselves act as the brokerage on your transaction. Brokerage services, and any agreement covering them, are provided directly by the licensed brokerage you are introduced to, under their own regulatory registration.

4. Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry does not create any contractual relationship between us and does not reserve any property. Consultations are provided without obligation on either side. Any transaction will be governed by a separate written agreement with the brokerage or seller concerned.

5. Third-party developers and trademarks

Developer names, project names and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification only and does not by itself imply any partnership, endorsement or agency relationship unless expressly stated.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to LION TECH Sp. z o.o. or its licensors, except where stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Because the operating company is established in Poland and the site is offered to consumers in the EEA, mandatory Polish and EU consumer-protection rules limit how far liability can be excluded. 9. Governing law and jurisdiction
