Why the UAE

A market built for international investors

The UAE combines yield, security of ownership and residency options in a way few global markets can match.

High Rental Yields

The UAE’s major markets consistently deliver gross rental returns well above those of comparable global cities, supported by year-round tenant demand.

Tax Advantages

No annual property tax, no capital gains tax and no personal income tax on rental earnings — you keep materially more of what you make.

Strong Property Market

Mature, regulated markets governed at emirate level — the Dubai Land Department chief among them — with escrow-protected off-plan sales and transparent transaction records.

Growing Economy

Sustained population growth, a diversifying non-oil economy and a business environment built to attract international capital.

World-Class Infrastructure

Major international airports, expanding transport networks, leading schools and healthcare — the practical foundations of long-term demand.

Golden Visa Opportunities

Qualifying property investment can make you eligible for a long-term renewable UAE residence visa covering you and your family.

Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina

A waterfront district of high-rise towers wrapped around a man-made canal. Consistently one of the strongest short-term rental markets in the city.

Downtown Dubai

Downtown Dubai

Home to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The prestige address of the city, with the capital appreciation record to match.

Business Bay

Business Bay

Dubai’s central business district along the Water Canal. A dense mix of off-plan launches and ready stock, popular with yield-focused investors.

Dubai Hills Estate

A master-planned green community built around an 18-hole championship golf course. Villas, townhouses and low-rise apartments for relocating families.

Step by step

How buying here actually works

Two routes into the market, start to finish. No jargon, nothing skipped, and an advisor with you at every stage.

Buying off-plan

New developments, purchased directly from the developer

  1. 01

    Understanding what you want

We start with your budget, your timeline and whether you are buying to live in, to let, or to hold. That shapes which projects are worth your attention — and which are not.

  2. 02

    A shortlist worth reading

You receive a small set of developments matched to that brief, with the payment terms, handover dates and trade-offs stated plainly rather than a catalogue to wade through.

  3. 03

    Registering early interest

    Optional

On in-demand launches, a refundable expression of interest holds your place before units are released. Worth doing when a project is oversubscribed, unnecessary when it is not.

  4. 04

    Reserving your unit

Once you choose, a reservation form and an initial payment take that specific unit off the market and fix its price while the paperwork is prepared.

  5. 05

    Signing the contract

The Sale and Purchase Agreement sets out the unit, the price, the payment schedule and the handover commitment. Your purchase is registered with the Dubai Land Department at this stage.

  6. 06

    Paying as it is built

Payments follow the schedule in your contract, typically tied to construction milestones. Off-plan funds sit in a regulated escrow account rather than going straight to the developer.

  7. 07

    Completion and keys

You inspect the finished property, settle the final balance, and the title is transferred into your name at the Dubai Land Department.

You do not need to be in Dubai for any of it. Every stage of an off-plan purchase can be completed remotely.

Buying a completed property

Existing homes, purchased from the current owner

  1. 01

    Viewing and choosing

We arrange viewings in person or by video, and give you an honest read on what each property is actually worth against recent sales nearby.

  2. 02

    Agreeing the price

Your offer goes to the seller and we negotiate on your behalf — on price, on what stays with the property, and on the timeline that suits you.

  3. 03

    Putting it in writing

Both sides sign the standard sale agreement, and you place a deposit. From this point the property is committed to you and taken off the market.

  4. 04

    Appointing someone to sign

    Optional

If you would rather not travel, a power of attorney lets a trusted representative complete the transfer for you. Only needed if you cannot attend in person.

  5. 05

    Developer clearance

The developer confirms there are no outstanding charges on the property and issues a no-objection certificate. Nothing can transfer without it.

  6. 06

    Transfer of ownership

Buyer and seller complete at the Dubai Land Department, the balance is paid, and the title deed is issued in your name the same day.

Figures, fees and timelines vary by property and contract. Your advisor confirms the exact numbers before you commit to anything.
