The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the image illustrated in this schedule are for the purpose of showing the general colors and tones of the materials, and that the actual materials that will be used in the Unit/Property may be changed according to their availability in the market at the time of construction. The Purchaser further acknowledges that the Vendor may from time to time, at its sole discretion or as required by any competent authority, vary or modify the colors, materials, finishes, equipment, fixtures and specifications pertaining to the Unit/Property from the ones showing in this schedule or as may be illustrated in this Agreement, any sales brochures, models or otherwise, all without notice to or consent from the Purchaser provided that the substituted items are of equal or better quality.
